1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Noded Limited, Company number: 10689943, Reg. office at 55 Institute place, London, E8 1JZ, UK, email: support (at) noded.co, ("Noded") provides private finance services via an app or this website ("the Service").
1.2. To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and/or otherwise authorised to enter into an agreement and agree to be bound by the Terms.
1.3. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree and accept the Terms.
2.2. You are responsible for your right to use External Login and Information in the Service. You are also responsible for all use of the Service and for your login information to be protected from unauthorized access.
2.3. Use of the Service is free. Traffic charges to your mobile operator or internet service provider may apply. Through the Service, you have the opportunity to access specific services and other offers from Noded and others who may require payment. In such cases, you will be informed separately.
2.4. Noded may also offer the user new services in the Service. Such new services may be linked to special conditions. If the user wishes to activate the new service, the user must accept the special terms that apply to that service.
2.5. Noded and its partners may target users through the Service, Email, or otherwise. Marketing aimed directly at users should comply with applicable laws, codes of conduct and ethical guidelines. By creating an account at Noded, you agree that Noded direct offers to you. If you no longer wish to receive targeted offers, you will be able to opt-out from such following ‘unsubscribe’ link provided within the offer.
3. Permitted use
3.1. It is not allowed to copy, modify, distribute or publish content provided by Noded. However, for personal use, it is permitted to download, copy and save information from Noded. Nor is it permitted to otherwise abuse the Service.
3.2. You are responsible for and hereby warrant that:
(A) The information you upload or enter the Service does not infringe on anyone else's rights or otherwise violate the law.
(B) You have the right to dispose of External Login and Information and have obtained the necessary consent required to use the Service and for Noded to be entitled to provide you with the Service.
4. Breach of contract
4.1. Noded has the right suspend or terminate a user's account if the user violates the Terms or if, for any other reason, the Service may cause damage to Noded or third parties.
4.2. Noded intends to ensure that all information in the Service is as correct and updated as possible. However, Noded cannot guarantee the availability of the Service or the reliability or accuracy of the Information contained in the Service. Noded cannot be asked for a response if the Service is down or if any information or functionality does not work as expected.
4.3. Noded shall not be responsible for any financial or other decisions you make based on the use of the Service or for services or goods you choose to purchase from independent third parties or Noded's partners.
5. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any delay or loss due to circumstances beyond the control of a party and which significantly obstructs the fulfillment of the obligation in question or which means that the fulfillment of the obligation is not financially justifiable.
6. Change of terms
Noded is entitled to change the Service, change the Terms, or terminate providing the Service at any time. Noded shall promptly notify the user of any changes to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Noded before the changed Terms come into force.
7. Close your account
You can at any time terminate your account and your use of the Service by selecting "Remove Account" or an equivalent feature in the Service, or by contacting Noded. Noded will then delete all External Login details and any other Information that may be attributed to you, except for such information as Noded by law must save and archive.
We protect our customers. Therefore, we are keen to know if you are dissatisfied with us, our goal is to respond to all comments as soon as possible. Written complaints shall be made directly by email to, support (at) noded.co, please write "Complaint" in the subject field. The customer may also request Customer Service to forward complaints to the Complaint Manager.
9.1. Noded has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. Furthermore, Noded has the right to hire subcontractors for the fulfillment of our obligations.
9.2. Disputes arising from the Terms or your use of the Service shall be settled under UK law.
